Hope and Marriage Counseling
Each relationship is different and comes with its unique challenges. Living and moving through time with another, even the one to whom you were given in marriage, is sometimes difficult. When various issues or events emerge – whether a longstanding sense of disconnection, the disclosure of infidelity, or other outside stressors taking their toll on the marriage – couples are faced with the task of working through those transitions.
Our Approach to Help and Healing
Marriage counseling offers couples resources to understand and address their situation by providing a safe environment to work through difficulties towards rebuilding trust and commitment. Communication, of course, is often a key to uncovering underlying difficulties that are affecting the relationship and family members involved. Therapists most often meet with the couple together, but can provide resources to individuals and other family members in those instances where working as a couple is not possible.
Covenant Counseling provides couples with resources at any stage in the relationship, whether you’ve been married for fifty days or fifty years. We work with each couple to identify their unique strengths and challenges, offering help.
We also offer pre-marital counseling for those who are preparing to be married, as many of our counselors enjoy the opportunity to come alongside almost-married couples.
