Hope Related to One’s Identity and Personality
Considering one’s identity (Who am I?) and personality (Why do I do what I do, feel the way I feel, work the way I work, and think the way I think?) can be enormously helpful to many. Remembering and considering that everyone – including you, others in your family, friends, and others with whom you work – has a unique identity and personality can be a significant realization for many.
Our Approach to Help and Healing
Covenant Counseling has several counselors who can help you identify, clarify, explore, and understand the dynamics of identity and personality: individually, as a couple, or as a family. The process will make the relevant aspects less abstract and more concrete, towards helpful change.
